Bread Pudding

(in this photo I added marshmallows and  chocolate at the top)

Bread Pudding Ingredients:

6-8 slices of bread (try the hot dog bread and use 6 buns)

2 tablespoons butter melted

4 eggs beaten

4 spoons oatmeal - optional

1 1/2 cup of milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

10-12 apricot gem - optional

Directions : Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease the pan with butter.

Cut the buns into slices and leave them overnight at least a day or two. They should get crunchy. Range the bread into the pan and sprinkle it with the melted butter. If you use the gem add it with a spoon evenly between the bread. Sprinkle the oatmeal on the top (optional).

Beat the white eggs until firm then add the sugar, yolks, vanilla and cinnamon.Add the milk at the end and mix everything well and pour them over the bread. Make sure that that all the bread is soaked in the egg mixture Place the pan in an oven already preheated at 350 F for about 45 minutes to an hour.

If you want to add marshmallow do that after the pudding is the oven for at least 25 minutes. If you like a crunchy taste leave it in the oven for an extra 10 minutes. The pudding is ready when the egg mixture becomes brownish. You can sprinkle with hot chocolate at the end.
