Cookie Cake There is no baking required for this recipes.You can get your children involved they will have fun for sure. Cookie Cake Ingredients:
1 to 2 packs of your favourite cookies preferably chocolate for a nice contrast 500 ml whipped cream or pudding 3-5 tbsp fine sugar You can use Cool Whip if you do not want to whip the whipped cream
Directions : Whipp the whipped cream with a wire whisk 2-4 minutes and add 3-5 tbs of sugar or untill blended. On a cookie plate arrange 7-9 cookies into a round shape.Spread pudding or whipp cream on a medium layer with a spatula. Repeat about 5 layers of cookies and finish with a pudding or whipped cream layer.Decorate as a snow man with cookies as eyes and M&M candies or licorice candies as the mouth .
