The statement above outlines that diet influence health and disease. Every year there is more research over every single food and astonishing findings are revealed on the healing and preventive power of the foods. Despite the wonder world of man-made drugs, Mother Nature is the world’s oldest and greatest pharmacist.Healthy eating became more important than ever now a days.

There is also evidence about how food affects the cellular behavior, how it interfere with the natural process of aging, how it stimulate the insulin release and control the blood sugar surges.
More and more research institutions will tell us that broccoli is full of powerful anticancer agents and eating carrots seems to prevent strokes and heath diseases. Science now is looking at the basic cellular level where the mystery takes place, where battles are won or lost , affirming health or death. This is where life begins and ends – in those seas of cellular fluids where the presence of a fatty acid or an enzyme will make the whole difference.
