Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients :
7 baking potatoes (3 lb) peeled/cubed
Salt & black pepper to taste.
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup of milk
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender. Drain and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Mashed them well with butter, salt and pepper. Add milk and continue mashing. At the end add the grape seed oil. Mash to desired consistency. If you want to get fancy take a plastic bag and cut one corner and squeeze the potatoes to resemble ghosts and add 2 peas for the eyes.
