Panna Cotta
If you want something very easy to make here is your chance. You can still impress all your guests with the fancy taste of the panna cotta.
Panna cotta is an Italian dessert made by simmering together cream,milk and sugar, mixing this with gelatin, and letting it cool until set according to Wikipedia. An Italian expression which literally means "cooked cream", it generally refers to a creamy, set dessert from the Northern Italian region of Piemonte. It is eaten all over Italy where it is served with wild berries, caramel, chocolate sauce or fruit coulis.
Panna Cotta Ingredients:
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup gelatin (any flavor you like)
1/4 cup blueberry
1 tbsp icing sugar (optional)
Directions
In a saucepan combine whipped cream and gelatin over high heat.Stir until a clean trail is visible on the bottom of the pan. Remove from sauce pan and let it cool until a jelly consistency is reached.
Place the mix in the desert bowls and let it cool. When chilled turned them upside down on a plate and garnish with blueberries or any fruit coulis.
